Built in 1972 and one of Del Webb’s original Arizona golf course designs, Palmbrook Golf Club is quietly nestled in a mid-century Palm Springs-like setting on the edge of Peoria and Sun City, AZ. From 1972-2012 Palmbrook was a private country club. In 2022 the club was purchased by Swing First Golf and now serves the public via its parkland-style course and 25,000 square foot clubhouse.

Palmbrook’s classic Greg Nash design plays to all skill levels. As long as 6853 yards, its five sets of tees, lush fairways and sloped greens provide a fair test for all. The Palm 9 boasts a tree-lined layout where coyotes occasionally dart in and out of the pines and palms. The Brook 9 incorporates lakes and water hazards on six of nine holes, as well as strategically-placed bunkers that demand maximum concentration on approach shots. And nesting in a large tree above one of the 12th tee boxes, you’ll find the colorful lovebirds who give Palmbrook its logo.

  • Practice Facility

    The complete practice facility includes a full driving range, large practice putting area, chipping green and practice bunker.

    Palmbrook Golf Club offers Range Balls by the bucket. Small ($5) Medium ($10) Large ($15) open until 5pm daily. 

    Mondays: The range closes at 3pm for maintenance.

    Tuesday-Sunday: The pro shop closes at 6pm, last buckets can be purchased at 5:50, and the range can be used til dark.

    Golf Carts

    Golfers must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license to drive a Palmbrook Golf Club golf cart. No more than 2 golfers permitted in a golf cart at any time. We ask that you obey all daily cart rules such as cart path only or 90 degree rule.

    Junior Golf

    Palmbrook Golf Club encourages the growth of the game. Discounts are available for Junior golfers, who are always welcome! You must be 18+ to drive a golf cart or walk the course. Junior golfers can play for $10, walking on a standby basis every day after 11am.

    Outside Alcohol & Coolers

    No outside alcohol is permitted on Palmbrook Golf Club property. Coolers will be provided to golfers that need them at the time of their first food or drink purchase in the Vista Bar or Pro Shop.

    Wear what you’re comfortable with.

  • Annual passes are available:

    The pass includes golf, a cart and range balls for a year starting from date of purchase. Annual passes are limited, please fill out the contact form to inquire.
